On the main page you can see thumbnails for the most popular TV shows such as Lost, Prison Break, 24, C.S.I. and so on. These thumbnails are links to the download pages for the shows. Besides, there are simple A-Z indexes of all the TV shows that you can download.

Once you click on one of the thumbnails, you are taken to the download page of that particular show. There you get the option to download directly or from their forum. However, you have to register to be able to download free TV shows or watch free TV online. I clicked on the link for Lost. On clicking on the direct download link, I was taken to the registration page.

Finally I went back to the download page and clicked on the link to download from their forum.
